However having that said, there are other things to consider because the brush used to apply the mascara also has a great impact on the overall look. When it comes to applying mascara here the things you should do and use.
1) Use two different kinds of mascaras for the top and bottom lashes. For your top lashes you want a mascara that gives you length and thickness.
