Getting Your Beauty Sleep While Doing Your Hair

Are you the type of women who does her hair on a daily basis for work/school? Or are you the type of women who has to do her hair because it’s all over the place when you wake up? Believe me sometimes my hair is all over the place and I don't even know where to begin attacking it. Recently I have been doing my hair the night before and it has been working quite well. "Now you may be thinking doesn't it mess up while you are asleep?" And the answer is no, it does not mess up while I’m asleep. Let’s take a look at how we can achieve different hair types while sleeping!

Strait hair
: okay let's be honest if you straiten your hair the night before and you go to sleep it's not going to mess up that much. And the reason for this is because straight hair is smooth and it barely gets any tangles, so in their morning you can just brush it through and quickly fix any wavy strand that has messed up, without actually having to deal with straitening your entire head. If you already have natural straight hair girl you're lucky!

Wavy hair
: Ladies don't spend a long time trying to make your hair wavy in the morning with mousse and gel while it’s still wet, try sleeping with a braid or braids! In doing this you don't only save time but you get more sleep. Another good thing about this method is that you can decide whether you want small waves or big waves. In the morning when you wake up you just take the braid(s) out and add little bit of serum to your hair so it is not frizzy.

Curly hair
: let’s go back to the olden days in where non heating rollers were used, only this time let’s not use plastic ones but ones that are made of fabric. Use 2-3 long fabric rollers, section your hair and sleep with them. In the morning you will wake up with lose curls, all you will have to do is put a little bit of hair spray so they remain intact trough out the day ( and believe me they will; I can even argue that these rollers work better than the hot rollers). In doing this your hair doesn't get damaged by the heat and you also get extra sleep. Is it uncomfortable to sleep in? Honestly yes, and it all depends how you section your hair, but either way they are made out of fabric. Another thing you can try is curling your hair with a long sock. Doing this requires you to cut the sock for the tip (where your toes go) and rolling it in to a doughnut shape. Once this is achieved you roll your hair in to the shape of the doughnut sock, and voila. In the morning your hair will have very pretty curls in the bottom.

There you are ladies. These are my methods for getting more sleep. I definitely love sleeping in so this works great for me. So if you're like me give these methods a shot, your hair will still look like you took your time in the morning and it will still look bomb ;)
