Finding Comfort in Heels

Have you ever had those nights in where you go out with a really nice pair of heels but end up coming home either with flats or burrowed shoes? Some of you may be thinking "yes, it happens almost every-time!” And who’s to blame you, most heels are not always comfortable. The only way I wear 5 inch heels is if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of seating. Now some of you ladies may be thinking "I have no choice, I have to war heels for work," If this is the case do not worry. Today I would like to share with you some ideas on how to make your heels more comfortable and what other types of shoes you can try.

Pointy Heels: Pointy heels are cute but they can get quite uncomfortable, not only that but they can give you bunions! So please if you like these types of heels don't wear them too often because there will be consequences! Believe me it happened to someone I know, and now she has a hard time finding shoes!

Low and Thick Heel: If you are the type of women who loves wearing very high inch heels but always find that your feet hurt, try something new. Try buying heels that are a bit thicker and a little lower, walking will even seem easier, and I can promise you, your feet will appreciate it.

Buy Soles: Heels are not that comfortable from the inside and sometimes they can even give you blisters! And ouch do those hurt for a while. Therefore in order to make your heel experience a lot more comfortable, invest and extra $5-10 on soles. You can even choose which one works best for you. Some are specifically made for the back part of your ankles and the other ones are for the plantar of your feet. I personally like getting both; I find that my feet are more cushioned.

Wedges: Okay I know wedges don’t necessarily have a heel, but hey these are one of the best shoes to owe! They are not only super cute but they are very comfortable, especially if you have to wear nice shoes to work every day. They will defiantly give you height as well. However make sure you don’t ones that are super high because then you might have a little trouble walking.

Okay ladies, that is all you need to do to take better care of your feet and prevent bunions. Also give wedges a shot; I promise you, you won’t regret it. Finally, if you follow these suggestions you will see that wearing heels can actually be comfortable, and you won’t even have the need to take of your shoes and ruin your outfit.
